IT SOLUTION ANALYST
IKEA IT is today working in an outsourced environment where our 3 vendors are taking care of our development and testing. As an IT Solution Analyst you will work closely with the IKEA user community and with the vendors to realize the future improvements of existing and new applications. You will do this by analyzing business requirements, adding on IT requirements, giving feedback on the solutions proposed by our supplier and being part of the team verifying the solution.

Your tasks will include:
- Support in change analysis especially with regard to Cognos, Qlikview and Infosphere.
- Identify IT detailed functional and non-functional requirements on an IT solution.
- Secure review and approval of IT requirements in the Requirements Review.
- Ensure that the IT solution can fulfil the agreed functional and non-functional business requirements within the agreed technology and work benches e.g. tools and methods.
- In a "requirement-dialogue" with the Business Analyst you challenge expectations and show risks and possibilities, and work proactively to create cost efficient business solutions based on IT.
- Take responsibility for detailing IT requirements in our two delivery processes ? service management and project management.
- Make sure that IKEA is a professional customer putting IT requirements on suppliers and securing the follow up on the respective deliveries.
- Create solution studies or preliminary studies.


IS THIS YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
To be successful in your role we believe that you have:
- Profound experience in IT-related business analysis.
- Ability to verify that the IT solution follows the agreed architecture and design.
- Responsibility to secure review and approval of solution design and other documents.
- Good knowledge of general IT frames e.g. standards, infrastructure and platforms, frameworks, development concepts and processes.
- Very good knowledge of requirement management and transfer in IT.
- Good knowledge of steering according to processes and methods for developing, integrating and building IT systems.

Your soft skills include straightforwardness and the ability for teamwork. You are an enthused, agile and convinced person and you can challenge established ways of thinking and working. You work analytically, can act on your own initiative and are in a state of readiness of mind. Last but not least, you have very good communication skills.
