IT Solution Analyst IRW.

In order to strengthen our eCommerce capabilities we are now looking for an IT Solution Analyst to our Multichannel unit within IKEA IT. The overall target of the unit is to secure the end-to-end service delivery of our Web and Sales order management services.

IT Solution Analyst
As IT Solution Analyst for Ikea retail website IRW your main task is to lead and facilitate technical matters together with our Demand organisation as well as our suppliers. We put a great value in personal leadership as well as communication skills.

Your overall responsibility will be to drive translation of business requirements into sustainable and deliverable IT solutions. You make sure that the IT solutions follow agreed architecture and design, optimize the IKEA IT landscape and are in line with IKEA's long term plans and goals. You challenge expectations, show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient solutions. You work in close cooperation with the demand organization, architects, service owners and vendors.

Is this the right challenge for you?
To be successful in your role we think you have some years experience of leading and facilitating solution development: from requirements to production via solution design, development, testing and implementation. You have understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure and experience of requirement management as well as quality assurance. You have experience from working with vendors and follow up through KPI's. Retail or IT experience from the Supplying and/or Logistic area is desirable and you have a good understanding of ITIL; Service Operation and Service Transition.

You have a strong ability to work in a fast changing environment with good self esteem. Bringing in structure comes natural to you. You have excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and in English. As a person you are simple and humble with the ability to enable good teamwork. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and learn quickly. You are challenged by taking technical lead and build trust through a goal oriented mindset. Relationship management is key for you and you have a strong ability to enable good teamwork in a good balance of being responsive and humble.
