IT Solution Architect

About the position
IT Solution Architect is a newly created role within a growing team in a successful company that is on a journey towards an efficient and digitalized way of working. As the IT Solution Architect you’ll play a central role in guiding the organization towards higher system utilization in order to take the company to the next level.

Your main responsibilities consists of:
· Identify and advocate for process improvements and help develop and implement the solution.
· Work with the organization and develop strategies to strengthen current IT implementations.
· Be the driving force in digitalize our way of working and improving digital business processes with a primary focus on ERP.
· Being a significant visionary that influences the company’s future digitalization strategies.

The position is based at our head office in Ängelholm.

Your background
We believe you have several years’ experience in ERP related work and/or IT related project management and understand how both businesses and IT processes work. You have a degree in IT/Information systems or have acquired equivalent work experience.

Since you’ll be working with several parts of the organization at the same time your communication and project management skills will be of great value. You have a proven track record of converting business needs to a functional and scalable solution. To do this successfully we also believe that you have a deep technical understanding of how different systems interact and how to take full advantage of all the functionality with a primary focus on ERP. Experience in AX 4.0, D365 FO and surrounding applications is an advantage but not a requirement.

Who are you?
We are looking for you that have a black belt in communication and project management as well as a deep technical interest and a constant drive to challenge the status quo and optimize current solutions. You have an analytical mindset and a holistic view that can combine understanding of both businesses and the technical aspects and convert that into a functioning solution. You get energized from always being in the know and keeping up with all the newest trends within relevant fields.
