About the job
As a Solution Owner, within Multichannel services, you will be the IT owner of our customer information management solution, ensuring continuous service level fulfilment and proactively providing a high quality service to our co-workers and customers. You will work closely together with our Business and IT projects, Application maintenance suppliers, IT Operations, IT Service Desk and various other functions to deliver on your goals

Ideally you have experience from managing global CRM, Customer Information and eCommerce solutions as well as experience from leading teams with an on- and offshore set-up. Knowledge and experience from Release management and Requirement management is also good to have. The ability to be flexible and focused under pressure in a fast-paced complex environment with competing priorities and deadlines is important.

About the assignment
Your basic assignments as a Solution Owner would involve providing services from IT delivery vendors, achieving targets on ongoing IT activities, being compliant with agreed SLAs, budgeting and forecasting, secure transition from business and IT projects in preparation for Run/Maintenance, secure continuous Life Cycle Management of the solution, continuously secure governance and communication and to identify and drive improvements and optimizations in the management of the solution.
