Great! We are now looking for an IT Solution Specialist Adoption and Training within the competence center Digital Workplace Solutions. Together towards smarter ways of working!
This is what you will do
After a successful implementation of our "Digital Hero" program, an initiative collecting people all over our organization to train and spread awareness about our digital collaboration tools, we are now looking for someone to take on the responsibility of taking this program to the next level. As IT Solution Specialist Adoption & Training you will educate and communicate with our Digital Heroes within Lantmännen Group and be up to date with newly released and coming features. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, governing lifecycle of training material and adoption plans within our Microsoft 365 productivity suite. You will administer and develop our sharepoint-based Work Smarter knowledge portal and be the moderator of our work smarter Yammer community.
To succeed in the role, you will work a lot with change management where you will be a natural change leader, working with end user productivity and knowledge. You have technical knowledge in the use and development of our digital tools for collaboration and communication, such as the Microsoft 365 suite and will proactively update on new functions. You will be working towards the entire organization and thus adapting your communication style with stakeholders of differing knowledge levels.
By being part of Digital Workplace Solutions, you will work with IT Solution Specialists, architects as well as staff from HR and other supporting functions to advance internal digitalization and adoption around new ways of working together. The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm and you will report to the Manager Competence Center Digital Workplace Solutions.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Broad IT background with understanding of IT terminology and technical domains.
- Experience in developing training material and running training sessions related to Microsoft 365 services primarily.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the area of Microsoft 365 incl services such as Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive and and Windows 10. Other technologies like Power platform are also of advantage.
- Previous experience in leading projects or driving change throughout a larger, international group.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
