IT Specialist

Tiger of Sweden is on a mission to take complete ownership of their IT environments and systems and now we are looking for an IT Specialist to join the team!

As an IT specialist at Tiger of Sweden you will work in the IT team and bring the integration competence and hands-on experience to the team. As an integration specialist you will support and further develop existing and new integrations that are required for our business to function optimally.

We work with an integration middle ware tool called Lobster_data, but you will also possess responsibility for the overall integration architecture together with the IT team, ensuring that our messages and integrations are monitored, and that the communication is working properly.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining the technical integration platform, performing necessary changes, and documenting the solutions will be of importance for efficient system maintenance. You will work with integrations between all systems in our IT landscape. Naturally, participating in incident and problem handling will at times also be necessary.

Some example tasks:

- Develop and maintain integrations.

- Ensure integrations and business applications are operational.

- Liase with 3rd parties to troubleshoot and solve incidents and problems.

- Help Tiger of Sweden improve in their day-to-day IT delivery and become a stronger business partner.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

A good candidate has experience working with different platforms and integration patterns and been part of different parts of the software product lifecycle containing design, development, test, and implementation.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent within computer science or systems engineering.

- Experience with integration architecture and protocols such as REST, XML, FTP, EDIFACT.

- Integration schemas, mappings, transformations, and orchestration.

- Knowledge and experience working with SaaS-applications.

Furthermore, it is desirable if you have:

- Experience from system maintenance.

- Have worked with any of the systems (Infor M3, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Order Management System, inRiver PIM, JIRA, M365).

- Understanding of retail business processes.

- Understanding of different applications and their purposes (ERP, CRM, POS etc.).

- Basic server administration knowledge.

- Has experience working with pipeline actions in Analytics.
