Profile
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar
• 5-10 years of experience in the software industry. Experienced in a consultancy capacity on customer sites.
• 4-8 or more years experience of working with Oracle Fusion Middleware or a similar product
• 3-7 or more years of experience working with CRM or a similar product
• Financial services or compliance experience preferred.
Qualifications
• ERP (e-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft Finance, Supply Chain )
• Strong knowledge of key DevOps concepts – Continuous Integration and Delivery
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud concepts – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• Design and delivery of IT systems for a broad range of clients using technologies such as:
• Environment support, technology architecture and infrastructure design activities within the project organisation
• Pro-active, initiative and teambuilding mindset!
• Working within an agile environment, including the use of Scrum and Kanban
Job Summary
• We are looking to add an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes and technology solutions for our product set.
Role and Responsibilities
• Wide experience in developing test strategies for software applications.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Test Environments and technologies.
• Strong knowledge and application of software quality assurance principles & Test-Driven Design
• Experience in Continuous Testing.
• Experience in Agile WoW, CI/CD, Jira, Confluence, DevOps, GIT, Cloud (eg., GCP), Jenkins and wish to have Dockers, Kubernetes and Openshift.
• Provide guidance for automation test tools, frameworks and process improvements and establishing policies
• Extensive experience in managing and controlling large/major global projects.
• Experience in a managing vendor relationship.
• Deliver within decided scope, time & budget and mastering the different aspects of project management such as stakeholder, risk and dependency management.
• Have great communication and good interpersonal skills, drive and integrity.
• Be result-oriented and take ownership of the project.
• Ability to manage stress and handle a high workload for a significant period of time.
• Candidate must have the energy to drive things and flexible enough to adjust to changing inputs or requirements.
• With consideration of initiative which is global and cross capability areas, the candidate must be diverse and comfortable in English with good communication.
