About the role
As a part of the IT team, you will contribute to our world-class workforce and make sure that Quinyxers have the tools they need to be the best they can be. We supply the internal help to the best colleagues and we do it using the cutting edge tools at an IT team's disposal. No day is the same and no task is impossible.
What you’ll be doing
Solving tech issues in all of our offices around the globe (Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Netherlands, USA, and Australia);
Taking care of all parts of the hardware cycle regarding Quinyx-owned hardware for employees;
Setting up computers so that employees are ready to work in accordance with their respective roles as fast as possible after onboarding, changing hardware, or introducing new standard software;
Training and introduction regarding hardware and standard software in connection with onboarding and the introduction of new standard software;
Carrying out automation, optimisation, and health checks in all offices;
Being responsible for budget and collaborating with suppliers;
Managing Quinyx user licenses;
Documenting processes and specifying requirements in regards to system usage;
Being responsible for data security;
First-line support for certain systems;
Planning and building network infrastructure together with our partners
Staying updated on the system's capabilities and limitations and being ready to train users internally on changes.
Experience with MDM Solutions for both Mac and Windows is a plus;
What you’ll bring to the team

Interest in building relationships with various stakeholders across our international offices;
