IT Specialist - Identity and Access Management

We are therefore looking for an IT specialist to serve as our next IAM Operations Engineer. This is a mission critical role that exists within our Information Technology division.

About the role:

As the successful candidate and future IT specialist you will:


• Maintain and service our IAM system, including One Identity and Ping platform.
• Meet and guide fellow system owners/providers in Access management, Identity control and other related topics.
• Align with the organisations’ procedures to ensure compliance, adequate tool support and reporting.
• Collaborate on topics like security, architecture, deployment solutions within IT.
• Support other systems as necessary.

About you:

You are someone who is recognised by your peers as proficient in the competence areas and can act as a point of contact for colleagues. In addition, you can also bring:


• Significant IAM expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM tooling.
• Change management experience and a solid IT skillset.
• Excellent oral and written English skills. (The ability and/or desire to communicate in Swedish would be a definite advantage).
• Experience of working in an international, multi-cultural environment.
• An almost innate ability to follow processes and a strong desire to supporting others.
• A great sense of humour and a passion for building strong, effective and cohesive teams.

Duration & Location:

The position is permanent. The role is based in Lund, Sweden and we’d love you to start as soon as possible.
