About the role
As an IT-specialist in networking, you and your colleagues are responsible for operating and developing Boliden’s network infrastructure. You will be working with design, implementation and operation of enterprise scale networking solutions. The position offers great development opportunities and to some extend it is possible to customize the role to suit your experience and specific skills.


The assignment is versatile with a high level of independence and plenty of room for personal initiatives. The work includes collaborating with customers and suppliers. As a specialist, you participate in projects where you contribute with your expertise.


The position is permanent and full time employment and you will be located in Boliden. Since Boliden is a group with operation in many countries, travel to various sites might be required.


Education and requirements
You have an appropriate technical education and a few years of experience from working with networks in business critical IT-environments. To be successful in the role you need deep knowledge in fields such as Cisco routing, switching and network security. Experience from working with wireless networks and IT-monitoring platforms is a plus.


The job requires the ability to communicate, cooperate, and focus on results. You need to be structured and analytical.


Excellent English and intermediate Swedish skills is a requirement as well as a category B driving license.
