Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT strategist and enterprise architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Leveraging extensive industry experience in banking and finance to lead the development and refinement of IT strategies, particularly focusing on application portfolio strategy.
Providing hands-on support for the realization of formulated IT strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Planning and overseeing strategic architecture initiatives, guiding the group through upcoming architectural endeavors.
Leading and managing parallel movement areas within architecture and strategy at the group level, ensuring synergy and coherence.
Proven experience in similar roles within the banking and finance sector, showcasing a deep understanding of industry intricacies.
Expertise in designing comprehensive IT strategies, with a track record of successfully leading, supporting, and realizing such strategies.
Ability to seamlessly navigate between business and IT operations, making informed decisions regarding IT investments and priorities.
Proficiency in applying various architectural frameworks, coupled with a habit of leading architectural work with a strategic focus.
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms, as well as the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
Capability to plan and lead workshops involving more than 20 participants, fostering collaboration and extracting valuable insights.
Experience in governing and managing IT planning, development, and delivery, with a nuanced understanding of supporting frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead and support multiple parallel projects, investigations, and work streams within a line organization.
Courage to challenge outdated solutions and established ways of working, emphasizing critical questions to illuminate and address the most important aspects of the strategy and architecture.
