By applying for the Strategy & IT Talent Programme you can become 1 of 40 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 40 positions in the program is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on the your development. You will have an individual development plan aiming at a targeted competence profile after two years and building blocks with learning goals towards that target. As part of the programme, you can look forward to assignments/rotations aimed at giving you a chance to really get into a project and deliver value.
Your role as a DevOps Engineer
Your daily activities:
• Develop methods for Infrastructure as code.
• Train and educate colleagues from the operations team in area of efficient programming.
• Map processes from operations and transform process to code
Who are you?
• Graduate, or up to two years’ work experience
• Passion for code
• Keen on both learning and educating colleagues
• An interest in IT-infrastructure and private cloud
As a DevOps Engineer you recognize yourself in the following:
We believe that you have an academic Degree in IT, engineering, science or mathematics with a passion for code.
You are fluent in English and Swedish which is the Vattenfall corporate respective Customer languages.
Further we expect that you have:
• A good understanding of basic infrastructure services
• Knowledge on how to generate documentation from code
• Experience in CI/CD

Location
You will be working in the department of Nuclear IT Solution and the location for this position is Solna, Ringhals or Forsmark.

Application process
We welcome your application in English, including resume and cover letter. Last day to apply is April 22nd 2022. Selection period starts in April, followed by online tests and interviews in April and May. The recruitment process will be finalized around the end of May/beginning of June. The last step will be a pre-employment screening. Starting date of the IT & Strategy Talent Programme will be September 1st 2022.
