By applying for the IT & Strategy Talent Programme you can become 1 of 23 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 23 positions in the program is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on your development. You will have an individual development plan aiming at a targeted competence profile after two years and building blocks with learning goals towards that target. As part of the programme, you can look forward to assignments/rotations aimed at giving you a chance to really get into a project and deliver value.
Your role as an Talent - Enterprise Asset Management
In our journey to become fossil free, digitalization of our energy production processes play a crucial role. Some examples of topics you may be working on and advising our Business Units with IT close connected to:
Asset Predictive Maintenance
Asset Performance Management (APM)
Asset Investment Planning (AIP)
Improving risk and investment capabilities on Asset Management

This is a unique job, since it combines close cooperation with our business areas, being involved in early phases of business development, as well as execution of initiatives as a Project Manager with connection to the Enterprise Asset Management area.
Together with the project managers in the team you will learn how to and support in:
Business development from IT perspective, and proactively strive to catalyze the businesses digitalization journey within Enterprise Asset Management
IT projects/programs/Proof of Concepts from pre-study through development to production
Grasp the project value, timeframe and deliverables from the point of view of our business area.
Acting as the interface between our Energy Production/Distribution units and the IT Department for your projects
Plan, execute, follow-up, and deliver projects according to expectations.

Your main tasks will be supporting projects in the Enterprise Asset Management area. The projects will often be SAP related, but not always.


Qualifications
Who are you?
Graduate, or up to two years of work experience
Passionate about wanting to create change
Keen to ‘learn by doing’
Able to handle a steep learning curve
Committed to climate-smarter living
Able to travel regularly
Some process understanding of EAM, and a strive to learn more
Some experience in managing IT projects
A nice to have is experience in ERP related projects, preferably SAP
Knowledge in Microsoft Project

You find energy from managing projects and getting a result, but would like to balance it with meeting senior stakeholders and would like to learn more on how to act as a sounding board towards them by listening and then advising on way forward.

Location
You will be working in the department of Workforce and Asset Management in IT. The location for the position is in Solna or Amsterdam.
