By applying for the IT & Strategy Talent Programme you can become 1 of 23 talents working towards that goal. Each of the 23 positions in the program is unique and has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. This is a two-year programme with a strong focus on your development. You will have an individual development plan aiming at a targeted competence profile after two years and building blocks with learning goals towards that target. As part of the programme, you can look forward to assignments/rotations aimed at giving you a chance to really get into a project and deliver value.
Your role as a Talent- Project Portfolio Coordinator / Project manager
Be part of Project Management Office (PMO) and work together with our PMO Responsible with planning, controlling and reporting.
Participate at follow-up meetings together with project managers.
Participate and administrate preparation of new projects and assignments.
Order WBS elements to our projects.
Create reports from different reporting systems, for progress and follow-up.
Be the Project manager for assignments

Qualifications
Who are you?
Graduate in any IT area, for understanding IT processes and IT projects
Like structure and administration
Passionate about learning new things and taking in new perspectives
Driving and want to get the job done
Good at collaborating with other people
Come up with new ideas and take initiatives
Able to travel regularly

As a Talent – Project Portfolio Coordinator / Project manager you recognize yourself in the following:
You have a degree in any kind of IT-related program. You have the basic understanding in IT, knowledge about ITIL processes and also know how to use a project management method.

You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable in English, both written and verbal.

It would be great if you have work experience as a junior project manager up to 2 years, you know the basic elements and pitfalls of project management.

As a person you like structure, collaborate with people and to get the job done.

As a Project Portfolio Coordinator you get energized when you get in a new assignment or project to start preparation with both planning and documentation.

To be a successful project manager it’s important that you like to work together with other people and also have an interest in other people. As a project manager you have to get your team to work against the same goal, it requires that you have knowledge about people and how to lead them.

Additional Information
Location
You will be working in the department of YIOSF and the location for this position is Forsmark or Solna. You have to be able to travel to different sites.
