IT support

We are now looking for a IT support engineer. The work will offer a broad palett of tasks and give the candidate a large amount of freedom and responsibility.
Below follow the basic tasks you will handle, but much more may be coming as you grow into the role.
* Responsible for the daily operation works.
* Work with troubleshooting and assessments of how to best fix errors.
* Be a local IT technician who mainly works with the operation and development of the authority's local network environment and the communication between computers located in the same building.
* Provide support and assistance to users.
* Manage data communication, operation and data security in larger network environments with computers in different locations and also in global networks.
* Test new products and inform users about news.
* Install and customize computers that handle network communications, such as routers, servers, and workstations.
* Work to make IT operations secure (for example, installing firewalls). Install programs and adapt them to the network.
* Technically responsible for screenings in conference rooms, such as computer, projector, camcorder and sound system.
* Administrate standard systems such as email and calendar.
* Manage backup storage and application servers. Provide support over mobile phone and radio.
