Are you good at gathering the threads and acting like the company's IT squid?

We are looking for an IT consultant on-site in Glostrup, Denmark. The IT department consists of an IT manager and you will be responsible for all the IT operations and development at the head office with approximately 150 employees and in our departments around the country and abroad. You will have the task of servicing the organization with all aspects of the daily IT operations.

The distribution of support is 70% user support, 30% server support. You will be responsible for specific areas and will want to be an "expert" and be a front figure in those areas.

You must be able to work in many roles and be able to follow projects to doors as well as detailed IT case processing. The responsibility for projects will be continuously assigned to the consultant who can most appropriately take it.

The tasks performed in the department are i.a. (concerning):

- System administration

- System work at Kyborg

- System work at Visma

- System work on Windows Servers, Windows terminal servers, Exchange, printers, and networks

- User support

- PC / Laptop configuration

- Description of users, workplaces and polls

- Backup of the system

- VPN network, firewall, etc.

- Mobile phones, landlines and Fiber / ADSL

- GP additions, changes and creation

- VBS script

Qualifications

- You have knowledge of and / or experience with Microsoft Hyper-V server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019

- Microsoft AD + GP 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 Microsoft Terminal server, Microsoft Exchange 2016, Linux, Symantec backup, Symantec antivirus, Kyborg, Secomea firewall.

- You are a trained IT supporter, IT system administrator or have another relevant background.

- You communicate fluently in Danish, both in writing and orally.

- You speak and write English at an appropriate level.

Competence

- Can work independently, analytically and structured.

- Has a well-developed service and communication gene.

- Has good administrative skills.

- Can follow your information to doors.

- Take the initiative.

- Can have multiple tasks at once, without it being noticed by your internal customers.

- Last - but not least - you have a good mood and can commit yourself in a free and informal tone.

- Applicants who have knowledge of Kyborg will be preferred.
