About the role:
IIn the role of IT Support, you will solve daily tickets and provide onsite IT support to our end-users at dentsu. You will work with our other IT Support team member in Sweden to support our offices in Stockholm & Gothenburg, you will also work closely with our IT-Support Team in Northern Europe & rest of EMEA.
Key responsibilities:
You will solve tickets concerning MS Teams, such as handling internal and external groups for meetings.
You will solve tickets concerning SharePoint, such as handling internal and external access, and making sure all stakeholders are aligned and granted the right access.
You will solve tickets concerning office equipment from employees and making sure they have the correct set-up in office.
Continuous on site support for all employees.
Ad hoc tasks.

What are we looking for?
You have 1-2+ years of experience in IT Support.
You have experience supporting Windows (10 &11), experience supporting Mac (OSX & iOS) is an advantage.
You can communicate in Swedish & English (both orally and in writing)
You are a good communicator and team player.
You thrive in an international working environment.
You know Image deployment, primarily JSS / Dep for Macs and Microsoft SCCM for PC.
You have skills and understanding of AD and network patching.
You have a good knowledge of Office 365 products and Microsoft Service Manager.
Experience in ServiceNow – Ticket, Change Management system is a plus.
