Telia Finance are looking for an IT Support Analyst
Right now, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst, mainly within our Application support and Privacy/GDPR space. I am Anna Jägre, the Head of IT where the IT Support Analyst role is organized. We are a great bunch of people and I am super proud of every single member of my team. Our IT team holds among the IT Support Analyst also Solution Architects, Developers, Test, Technical leads, IT operations and service managers. In total a team of 23 people.
Your next challenge?
As a member of our IT Operations & Service team, in our open-space offices in Solna, Stockholm, you support the business with processing incoming requests such as application support tickets, data mapping, DPIA, the Privacy by Design approach as well as managing incidents and PDBs (Privacy incidents). The IT Business Support will be supportive with a training/educational focus helping the rest of the organization to manage more of Privacy issues, as well as application support requests themselves.
The IT Support Analyst role will in time act as an SME in the Privacy support area and help supporting related IT tools and processes. In addition to the Privacy space the role will also work together with the IT Operations & services colleagues to continually improve the IT application support area and its processes.
This role is a job that calls for someone who understand Application support, Incident Management, Privacy/GDPR, data mapping and value quality as well as being service minded and a people person.

Your experience:
Experience in application support and incident management
Good knowledge and experience of Privacy/GDPR and data mapping
Passion for IT, processes and the area between technology and people
Preferably experience from working in financial sector
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
