What you will do
As our new IT support analyst, you will be part of a global team delivering IT support in the area of packaging material manufacturing system solutions. You will work with daily support and solving incoming issues and request for changes from the converting factories. Part of the role is also to support new installations and system upgrades as well as quality assurance and building knowledge documentation.
Our aim is to keep production running in the factories 24/7 and you will work closely with business experts and users in the different countries and factories. Within the team, we help each other’s and work with developers and architects to solve issues.
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
You will support Tetra Pak’s converting factories. To be successful in the role you need to have previous experience of P2 manufacturing systems and converting factory experience. You have an analytic approach and you consider yourself to be a problem-solver. You like to learn new things and you are curious and comfortable with learning new tools and systems.
We believe that you are a person with an agile but structured mind-set. Collaboration is important for you, and you take pride in and enjoy helping and coach people. You are open-minded and responsive to new people, ideas and situations. On top, you have a strong customer focus and you understand the need to deliver business value rapidly and maintain quality.
In you daily job, you will be in contact with people from different cultures and backgrounds. To convey your message and provide the help needed, you need to have cultural awareness and understanding.
A high level of proficiency in English, both oral and written is required.
