About the role

You will become part of our Service department placed at our head office in central Stockholm. You will work in an international and dynamic team of different backgrounds and skillsets, responsible for installation, support and training for customers. We offer an international work environment where we collaborate closely with our colleagues and distributors in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Strong collaboration is highly valued in the Stockholm Service team and they look forward to teaching you about the radiotherapy field and our products. You will get a proper introduction and a mentor, giving you the right conditions to learn our products.

Your main tasks:

• Providing IT Support for RaySearch’s customer cases, via phone, email and through our customer community.
• Subject Matter Expert for our Virtual Contact Center telephony system.
• Troubleshooting and gathering necessary information for investigations
• When needed, escalating complex problems to the right senior support staff.
• Ensuring proper documentation of support activities in our CRM system.

Other work tasks include contributing to RaySearch’s presence in the customer community by monitoring discussions and answer customer questions. You will also report customer complaints and work with distribution of patient safety related information.

The position is full time and office based. The working hours will include evenings and weekends. Primary focus will be supporting the European market, but you will also work with colleagues in other regions of the world. Your profile

You do not need to know everything about our products or the medtech field - if you have the right motivation and capacity to learn, this is a great opportunity for growth. We think that you are a good communicator and listener with the ability to identify and understand customer needs. We believe you are a flexible, social and positive person who is passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service experience. You have a big interest in IT and new technology, which makes you feel comfortable in learning and working with several innovative software solutions.

Furthermore, you enjoy solving complex problems and work continuously to increase your product knowledge. You are committed, responsible and not afraid to take initiative.

We think that you have:

• BSc in IT or computer engineering
• IT support experience
• Customer service experience
• English speaking skills

It is also meriting if you have multiple language skills. Radiotherapy and or healthcare knowledge/experience is seen as an advantage as well as being familiar with Citrix XenApp or Virtualization technology.
