it-support assignment (windows upgrade) in gothenburg

Job description
Randstad Technologies are now looking for a support technician for a three month assignment with one of our clients. They are doing an upgrade and are expecting a larger burden on their service desk and needs an additional resource to focus on issues related to the upgrade.


You will help end users on site and remotely and guide them through upgrade difficulties. The upgrade is being done in all branches and you will help users from other parts of the world.


The support team is very friendly and helpful, and helping them with this project is highly appreciated.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00.

The office is located about 10 minutes from the centralstation with good communications with bus or tram.

Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for working with tickets related to a Windows upgrade. 

Qualifications
We are looking for a it-interested candidates with a service minded attitude. You need to have prior experience of it-support onsite and remote as well as working with a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow). You are experienced with working with guides and user manuals and looking for answers in a knowledge database.


We are looking for communicative and cooperative candidates who enjoys being part of a group but  to work individually.


For this position you need to be fluent in English and preferably also know Swedish. 


This position start in week 11/12 so you have to be available immediately.

Experience
At least one year experience from it-support.
