About the role
In the role as IT support associate you will start and develop your assignment by serving the international company employees with assistance and service, where you will be the expert of IT and system problem solving. You will solve most of the problems behind the screen with your phone, chat, email and ticket system together with your colleagues in an open office landscape.

• You will take ownership and provide customer service to end-users by considering all support needs, coming in through different support channels
• Register, analyze, prioritize, programming, solve, and assign all incoming cases during the agreed time in an accurate and efficient manner ensuring high level of customer service
• Perform tasks in accordance with set processes, rules and guidelines and share important information and knowledge with the team
• Monitor, follow up and communicate with end-users about the progress of their ongoing case, escalate the case if needed and secure end-users are continuously updated

The assignment as IT support is a consultative assignment. You will be employed by Adecco Sweden but your position will be in Helsingborg working with one of our customer. Since IT never sleeps you work is daily shifts between 07:00-19:00 and some rare Saturdays and Sundays. But don´t you worry! The company is filled with competent, kind, and creative people from all over the world. The main language spoken is English and you will always find someone interesting to interact with. In this process you have a clear advantage if you are familiar with the Dutch language.

About you

About the employment
You will be employed by Adecco Sweden and have collective agreements. You´re assignment will be with one of our customers.
