IT-SUPPORT AT A GROWING GLOBAL COMPANY IN COPENHAGEN

ASSIGNMENTS  
As IT-support you will support the internal co-workers with IT issues from the office in Copenhagen. Your working days will consist of being an easily accessible support function, primarily via email. You will work proactively to make everyday life easier for the employees in the company and counteract any problems. You will cooperate with the Nordic teams support to the other countries within the company occurs. You will mainly perform tasks such as:
  General IT support
Support employees with new systems, mainly Windows 10.
Software support.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible and comfortable with taking initiative, as well as you have an interest in IT. You are efficient and see no problems with working independently. Furthermore, you value service and good communication highly. You enjoy educating others within the organization and have an ability to draw conclusions when problems arise.

Important for the employment: Fluent written and spoken skills in Danish and English, other language skills are meritorious.
Good computer and system skills as well as knowledge of Windows 10 and the Office package.
High communication and collaboration skills.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT 
The employment as IT support is a consulting position where you are employed by Eterni Sweden and leased out to our customer. Working hours are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 and you will be located at the company’s office in Copenhagen. The position is an assignment of 12 months, with a great possibility of extension.
