IT Support - First Line

We’re looking for someone familiar with troubleshooting hardware / software and focused on solving problems that occur.

Working with First Line Support you work with a wide variety of assignments and collaborate with the game production teams in Stockholm. Your primary day-to-day focus will be making sure the local IT environment in the Stockholm office is running smoothly and without a hitch as any downtime will have a major impact for the production teams. This role is for someone with outstanding customer service skills as our employees have great varying degrees of general it-related knowledge but are heavily dependent on IT as their main tool for production.

The Key Areas of responsibility are:

Your work will include a variety of tasks. Your key responsibility is to make sure that the IT environment at the Stockholm office is running smoothly. Your service skills are top notch and you see every colleague as a customer.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Onboarding (providing hardware and access for new employees)
- Manage user accounts, licenses and services (Adobe, G Suite, Jira etc.)
- Troubleshoot software and computer hardware.
- Provide a healthy IT environment in the office that includes accessories, meeting room equipment and printers.
- Maintain the existing office computers by providing upgrades and replace broken parts when needed.
- Setup new computers with OS and all required software on both Windows & Mac.


This position suits you who has a general interest in IT and is ready for great challenges.

You have an absolute passion for computers and technology. Furthermore you have experience in building and maintaining PC’s, and also managing software and access. Your communication skills in Swedish and English are excellent since these are the working languages and you are used to conveying technical information to non-technical users.

- Good at prioritizing, organizing, and performing multiple work assignments simultaneously and autonomously.
- Very aware of the need for discretion when working with IT in a public company.
- Always keeping an open mind when it comes to new tech and gadgets, seeing the possibilities to implement it into workflow.


Additional qualifications:

- Experience in Android, IOS, Mac OSX.
- Basic networking, WLAN, LAN, Wifi.
- Build and troubleshoot computer hardware.
