IT Support Intern

As IT Support Intern you will be a part of a fast growing organization with hubs in Paris, Cologne, New York, Singapore and Shanghai. You will be working closely together with our Operations team, providing IT support to our end users around the world, as well as helping with reinstalling clients and troubleshooting issues on PC and Mac.

You will be:
1. Supporting Universums users on IT issues and questions
2. User training and development, helping users work more efficiently
3. Active Directory administration, creating users and resetting passwords
4. Creating and updating user and IT documentation

You have:
1. Basic knowledge of Windows clients (Windows 7 and 8)
2. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Excellent written and spoken English as well as Swedish

You are:
1. Genuinely interested in IT and Technology, preferably with some sort of related education (high school, ?gymnasiet?) or equivalent selflearned
skills. The most important point is your interest and willingness to learn
2. Service minded and prestigeless
3. Flexible and able to handle stressful situations
