As IT Support Manager you will…
Steer and monitor all operational production in first- and second line support
Ensuring objectives and associated action plans aligned with company stakeholders (Cardif Nordic, Corporate and Group)
Organizing the scope for the support team by following governance rules and delegation, and definition of roles and responsibilities
Provide necessary resources (human, financial, technical) by reporting to IT manager for further assessment
We are looking for...
Someone responsible for managing the support team in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This includes the support and administration of IT and telephony solutions. The IT Support manager is also responsible for team management, communication with local departments, Corporate and Group, as well as with external partners and suppliers.
Our wishes:
Experience working in an International environment
5 years of experience within a IT support team with experience on team management
Very good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM , ITAM
Fluent in English and Swedish is a plus
