Do you want to be a part of H&M Business Tech and the Site Support team? Are you an experienced leader of IT Support Services? Then this is the opportunity for you since we now are searching for an IT support manager!
About the area
Site Support teams in Stockholm City, Marievik and Borås are responsible to ensure that all 8000 colleagues working at H&M HQ have the most suitable hardware for their needs and that IT in the offices meet their expectations. We provide hands on support to all colleagues with their personal equipment such as laptops and smart phones. The team also ensures and supports tech-related office equipment such as workplaces and meeting rooms.
About the role
As IT support manager (Service Owner) you are staff responsible (Competence Lead) for the Team Leads and hence also accountable for developing the teams that consist of about 20 people. Beside the staffing part you are also accountable for ensuring that the services deliver value and meet colleagues and stakeholders' expectations. You will be working closely with Team leads and Technicians to set the way of working and collaboration in an efficient way. Stakeholder management and handling new demands is a normality.
From time to time you will also be involved in, and in some cases also have ownership of, various projects that touches upon Site Support's responsibilities, for example rebuild of offices, move of office and installation of new equipment in meeting rooms upgrade of network components.
Alongside working with the Stockholm team and offices you will also have a dotted connection to larger offices/sites in other countries where you in Stockholm serves as contact point and advisor on site support matters.
Qualifications

We believe that you are a servant leader that have the ability to understand people psychology and encourage new behaviors. You are straight forward and open minded in your way of communicating and can build and maintain trustworthy relations. Site Support have a number of stakeholders, so you need to be able to balance many short-term priorities without failing the long-term roadmap and development. To be thriving in this position you need to have many tools in your leadership toolbox so that you can shift approach when needed. You are used to managing budget and economic planning and you have a good understanding of operational processes within ITL. You should also be familiar with the agile way of working and methodology, for example SAFe.

·Knowledge and experience from both hardware and software used at the offices such as Laptops, Monitors, Windows, Mac, tablets, Network, video conference solutions and Office 365
·Experience from working with Service Now
·Experience from project management
·Are fluent in Swedish and English language.
