IT Support & Operations - Region North
Lynk & Co is seeking an IT Support & Operations employee to Region North (Germany, Sweden). You will be responsible to support Business departments with day-to-day IT support tasks as well as managing the partners to provide best possible support in the Region North . This includes supporting & driving projects related to the IT infrastructure operations, service desk operations, and in-markets in collaboration with our Head of Digital Workplace and our Product Owners.
As IT support & operations you will be responsible together with our Service Desk & global Geely Group IT team to secure global systems & IT infrastructure 1st line operations to support Lynk & Co business operations. You will also act as dedicated support for Lynk & Co top management in Sweden & Germany regions to ensure hassle-free IT experience.

The position is initially based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes responsibility in Germany & Sweden and relocation to Lynk & Co office in Berlin can be discussed in future.
What you'll do
- Daily support for our Region North IT end-users: - Daily support for end-users with IT and application related issues
- Handle and govern equipment, applications, licenses and users
- On a regular basis do health checks on conference room devices
- Collaborate and coordinate support errands to be handled by Geely IT or CEVT IT
- Support rest of the users with ad-hoc demands
- Support Region North on IT infrastructure setup for Offices & Clubs - IT Network setup
- IT facility management
- Support on further developing Lynk & Co 1st Line operations
- Work tightly together with Geely Group IT and CEVT IT ITSM teams to secure alignment

What you should have
- Hands on System- and IT support with a structured mindset
- Experience to support hands-on with - Most frequent: - Laptops and Mac’s including workstation equipment
- Experience from Microsoft cloud platforms and applications - Microsoft 365
- Office online application
- Applications- and license management
- IT infrastructure (wifi, company networks etc.)
- From time to time - Meeting room devices
- Mobile phones, both Android and iPhone
- User management (user provisioning)
- Active Directory, both onprem and cloud
- Ability to travel between Germany & Sweden
