We are looking for an experienced IT Support Site Lead to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent IT Support team based in Skellefteå and Västerås. By joining us, you will be a key player in providing excellent IT Support to all our users and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

As an IT Support Site Lead your role is to lead a local team of skilled & specialist IT professionals who will manage, deliver and actively drive improvements for the IT infrastructure, tools and services that directly support the workforce across their site, reporting into the IT Support Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our workplace areas, as containing a close relationship with the workplace and event team. You are the first point of escalation after the engineering teams, for any incidents or prioritization clarifications. You are to work closely with other Site leads, to improve and build global and local processes and procedures.

About the team
You will be part of a team of about 20 engineers in 4 different teams and sites. Our Site Leads will have 5-6 direct reports.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Full managerial responsibility for the local team
- Manage IT workplace and collaborate closely with the Workplace&Event team on maintaining and improving
- Drive improvements and procedures local as well as with other site leads
- Act as first point of escalation
- IT hardware procurement for offices and construction sites.
- Handle all communication with stakeholders

We believe that you have :

- An educational background in IT or other relevant educational backgrounds
- 1-5 years of experience working within IT, and/or ability to pass technical case
- Excellent English and Swedish both written and oral skills
- Experience from working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience from both IT management and IT operations
