IT Support Site Manager

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a IT Support Site Manager to join our Stockholm team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society, and this is your opportunity to take part in leading those efforts and help drive us to success.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Full managerial responsibility for the local IT team
Manage IT workplace and collaborate closely with the Workplace & Event team on maintaining and improving
Drive improvements and procedures local as well as with other site leads
Act as first point of escalation
IT hardware procurement for offices and construction sites.
Handle all communication with stakeholders

We believe that you have:
Relevant education
Strong leadership skills
Has experience in ITIL
Experience in working in helpdesk and/or escalation team
Good technical knowhow and understanding
