About the job
Monitor and Provide technical assistance to our connected customers including setup, installation, and configuration of our connected hardware and software, answers questions or resolves issues in person, via telephone, or remotely. The role will be based in Tumba and can include 20-25 days of international travels per year.
Responsibilities will include:
* Monitor and support our connected customers.
* Identify and solve deviations together with end users
* Develop and maintain the processes that secure our digital assets.
* Identifying and driving improvements
* Being the main interface and driving demands to internal stakeholders
* Together with other departments, leading the support of the Sales Companies in the assigned region

What you need.
Have at least five years’ experience of roles with exposure to direct customers in the Marine business is preferred. Proven track record within IoT, Digitalization and the opportunities it brings.
