Assignment Description:
We are looking for two IT Technicians who will work with, among other things, troubleshooting and troubleshooting in computers, networks and printers. The support is done by phone, using remote control or in customer reception for IT support.
What you'll do:
● Replacing screens, computers and mobile phones and other support work that may occur.
● Perform second line support for our users regarding printers, computers, screens mobile phones, all hardware available in the business.
● Come to help a lot at our central warehouse so also a lot of logistics management such as receiving and repackaging and sending away IT equipment.
● Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
● Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
● Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.).
● Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Who you are:
● Experience in providing IT support over the phone, providing IT support remotely, support for MAC, Windows 10, Windows 11, and O365 along with experience in managing support tickets through a case management system.
● Prior experience in managing permissions in AD, following written procedures and instructions.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of Swedish language.
● Possess at least 2-3 years of documented experience working as a second-line support technician which should have been acquired in the last 2 years.
