We have over 13 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We offer over 80,000 fishing, boating and outdoor products from over 350 brands on our marketplace. We’re growing fast, which is why we’re now looking for an IT-Support to join our team.
Job description:
Do you have a strong interest in IT and technology, are passionate about providing the best service and want to develop within IT? Do you thrive in an international environment and enjoy having responsibility? Great! We are now looking for a new IT-support and colleague for our modern office in Stockholm where you will work as daily IT support in an open minded and welcoming atmosphere.
Your daily work will involve:
You will work as a daily internal IT support to the employees within the company. Even though you will work alone as an IT-support, you still will be working close with colleagues from other departments, therefore you will never feel alone.
You will for example:
Make sure that new employees get the equipment they need and make sure there is a process for returning old devices
Create access and log in to different systems that your colleagues need help with
Document and automate onboarding and offboarding processes
What are we fishing for?
Have an understanding of Google Workspace for Enterprise. And for how directory services work in general.
You have a strong interest in IT/technology and computers
You have a good understanding of and knowledge for iOS and Microsoft- environments
Have an understanding of programming/scripting. Especially when it comes to automating things by using various API's.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English since you will work in an international environment where English is the corporate language
You prefer to automate (via API) tedious and repetitive tasks
You would like to scale IT using open source and Google / AWS
At the same time you are fine with doing repetitive and simple tasks that require direct contact with users
Nice to have and big plus:
Knowledge about Linux and how to use it in an enterprise setting
Holds relevant education in computer / IT / systems science.
As a person, you are independent and work in a structured way to drive your work forward. When you encounter problems, you take initiative and make your own decisions and take support when needed. Furthermore, you have a service-oriented mindset and a solution-focused approach to best meet your colleagues and provide outstanding service. You also have no problem daring to act as an expert in your field of work. The work will include both high and low in support, therefore you also need to be a non-prestigious person.
