BRP Systems develops and offers software solutions to customers within the fitness industry. Today we are the leading supplier in the Nordics and are present in 10 countries with our solutions. We have around 100 employees and our head office is based in Linköping.
We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician that is passionate about customer satisfaction and troubleshooting. In the role as support technician at BRP you have a great responsibility for one of our main objectives – happy and satisfied customers. Your focus will be to help with troubleshooting, user-questions and easier installations/configurations. The role offers a great variety thanks to the combination of different support areas such as hardware and economics.
Responsibilities
As a support technician at BRP you are responsible for solving our customers tickets with great knowledge and service in mind. In many cases will you be the first person our customers talk to when having issues and your contributions to the whole customer experience therefore weighs heavily. Furthermore, your responsibilities are:
answer incoming calls
manage mail- and ticket system
troubleshooting, both system and hardware
Some standby duty is included in the job

Skills
We are looking for a candidate who has the understanding for how technical knowledge is an asset when working with customer service and knows how to use it to make customers satisfied. It is an advantage if you have broad experience from working within the IT sector, preferably in technical roles with troubleshooting and support. We also want you to have:
Basic IT knowledge
basic knowledge in corporate finances
Experience of 1st or 2nd line support
Fluency in Swedish and English

Qualifications
This role offers technical challenges together with a lot of customer contact and some administrative work. Therefore, we are seeking you who are good at prioritizing and are able to be flexible when things change quickly. You need to have excellent communication skills together with a service minded approach.
