IT Support Technician

Are you a social IT support technician who is comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and can handle multiple tasks?

We are now looking for a service-minded On-site IT Support Technician to work in our internal IT team. Being an IT Support Technician at Qliro means that you’re involved in many things as our small team provides daily support to our 250+ Windows and Mac users.

You will work with, among other things:

- General user tech support
- User management and administration
- Basic network troubleshooting and assistance
- Identify systematic issues and repetitive tasks, automate and set effective processes to make everyone's life easier
- Participate in planned Internal IT projects, such as application roll-outs and IT security enhancements
- Troubleshoot, document and escalate on-site and remote issues with Windows and Mac computers, iOS mobile devices, diverse software/apps, meeting room devices, printers, AV equipment and other IT related technologies
- Global admin for our Microsoft O365 environment


The pace of the company also reflects on our Internal IT team, we never have a dull moment and always have new educating projects on our hands while we try to automate all our repetitive tasks.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a social, service minded and curious team player with good communication skills, along with a positive and open mindset. You have probably worked a few years as a support technician in an Microsoft 365 environment and want to further develop your skills in an exciting fast-paced company. Since you will be working in a broad position we see problem-solving and eagerness to learn as great advantages.

We believe you have:

- A few years experience as a first-line support technician with both Windows and Mac clients
- Basic knowledge in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Fluent in spoken and written English


If you also have experience in Powershell scripting we would be thrilled!
