The position

Joining our internal IT-team you will have an important role in enabling Cambio’s end-users to achieve their business commitments, providing highly appreciated service remotely and through desk-side. You will be a part of a devoted team that supports the entire end-user experience, continuously improving Cambio’s internal IT as we grow as an organization. The team currently consists of five technicians, distributed between our offices in Linköping and Stockholm They work closely, managing the daily work as a team. As much as valuing providing high-quality support, the team appreciates having fun together and as a group creating an open and humble environment.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first contact point helping colleagues within Cambio with anything from getting new users setup, to resolving their daily issues. You will be managing incoming support tickets as well as maintaining our baseline inventory.

About you

We believe that you are a humble and responsible team player, who has a professional aptitude and communication style. You have an eye for details and take responsibility for following things through. Likes us, you are service-minded, curious, and keen to learn new skills. Having a natural interest in improving IT services is also advantageous.

Requirements 

- Educational background within IT or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both writing and speech.
- Experience of installation and support of various operation systems, e.g. Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS or Android.
- Knowledge with user administration in Active Directory


It's a bonus if you

- Experience in Microsoft O365 administration
- Experience in Microsoft Azure administration
- Experience in Intune/MDM administration
- Linux experience
- Understanding of mobile operators, passage keycard systems and supporting conferencing solution technologies
- Familiar with Virtualization technologies
- ITIL experience




Place of employment: Linköping

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
