About the role
As IT Support Technician you will work with internal support for our organization, as well as the internal infrastructure.
An important part of your work is to develop and update documentation and processes going forward, as well as to participate in the development of the internal IT environment, both in form of projects and further development of existing systems.
Some examples of your daily work will be:
- Responsibility for client installations and on / off boarding of employees.
- Respond to inquiries via ticketing tool, phone, and email from users and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Monitor the alerts generated by the servers and ensure proactive measures are taken to prevent any major hardware failure.
- Log incidents and maintain records of all calls from users using the designated tool.
So, who are you?
To thrive in this role, we believe that you are both driven, service-minded and responsible. Since you work close to colleagues and users, you have good communication skills and are flexible. We are happy to see that you have a great interest in what you work with and are solutions oriented.
Furthermore, you have at least a few years' experience from working with IT support, preferably 2nd line. You have a great interest in IT and have good knowledge in installation and administration of computers and servers as well as networks and infrastructure. You have experience of clients and troubleshooting (Mac OS and Windows) and it is an advantage if you have cloud experience as well.
