IT Support Technician

Your role
Provide technical support
Deal with break-fix support for new rack deployment
Focus on incident management support for sustained operations
Support any DC-related activity, e.g. replace a network device, configure a network device or a server, perform a power cycle, perform patch management/cabling, etc.
Assist L3 Tech or Local Tech Services Leadership in generating periodic reports per client specification
Participate in failure analysis within the Data Center environment



Your skills
Working knowledge of Windows Server OS, WinPE OS administration, and Linux PXE services
2-3 years of equivalent experience in a Data Center environment
General desktop hardware and software knowledge, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and Apple OS
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures
Familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting is preferred
Fluent level of English
