We are now looking for a self-driven and service-minded IT Support Technician to join our IT-team in Gothenburg! Our common purpose and goal are to make complex IT services easy and available for our users. About the role:

Your role as IT Support Technician will be to act as a focal point for our users need of IT support. The tasks are mostly handled via Teams, e-mail and remote control, which places high demands on your communicative and pedagogical ability.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to manage;

• The life cycle of user support request tickets
• Manage on- and offboarding’s
• End user and client related troubleshooting
• The daily operations of office IT device like video conference systems, printers and networks
• Documentation of how-to´s and work Instructions.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you …

• Have at least two years' work experience in service desk or equivalent
• Have knowledge in Windows10 and Microsoft O365 client software’s
• Experience of managing and administrating AD and Microsoft O365
• Have high level of oral and writing skills in Swedish and in English
• Experience in hardware installation and configuration
