As their IT Support Technician you will be supporting the business with various IT services in the areas like PC, Server, LAN, WAN, MS M365, the Operating System, ERP system, and several Atlas Copco specific systems.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks


* Provide IT guidance to managers and management within Atlas Copco Group on-site in Sickla.
* Work with educational activities and application support.
* Coordinating installation and troubleshooting of computers and various hardware.
* Contribute to continuous improvement with the overall goal of increasing efficiency.
* Support internal customers with various IT-related issues according to customer agreements.
* Help to ensure that all associated documentation is correct and up-to-date.
* Participate in internal projects, in contact with internal customers and external suppliers.
* Administer and compile information and resolve incidents assigned to the Group IT Service Desk.
* You will have close contacts with different technical teams.


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Experience in working with IT-support
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in working with Office 365

It is meritorious if you have:


* Good knowledge in Swedish, both written and spoken
