About the position
Perido is now helping our client Axel Johnson International to find an IT Support Technician to strengthen their team. Axel Johnson International is successfully investing in innovation and continuous improvement, they develop IT applications, mobile solutions, and data warehouses in new and modern technology. This position is based in their headquarter in Stockholm but please note that necessary international travels is required depending on the demand.
Your daily tasks
In this role you will provide excellent IT service to the employees of Axinter IT across Europe. Together with your Helpdesk team members you will resolve technical problems and maintain the company’s’ IT Hardware, Software and Services. More specifically this is what awaits you but also what is expected from you:
Support AxInter IT Services across Europe through a ticket-based system.
Excellent service on various platforms – written and and verbal
Maintain clear SLA’s through prioritization of workloads
Develop projects for the improvement of IT systems and services
Track work in progress and record issues and solutions
Teach employees new system, face-to-face and online

Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have a great sense of service, accuracy, and the ability to effectively solve problems. It is also important that you feel comfortable in communicating technical information in an educational, humble, and easy-to-understand way. We believe that you can work in a structured way and that you are driven and good at prioritizing among your work tasks. Furthermore, you are a true team player who look after your colleagues and help them when they are in need. And lastly, you do not hesitate with initiating own actions where you see that an effort should be made.

Requirements
Three years’ experience in IT Support (or similar roles)
Experience and a strong understanding of key IT systems including but not restricted to:
Microsoft platforms - Active Directory, Office 365, Server and Desktop operating systems, Printing solutions, Networks, Desktops, Laptops, Communication Devices.
Knowledge of IT functions within an Enterprise Environment
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing

Meritorious
Additional language skills

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months with Perido with the possibility of permanent employment at Axel Johnson International afterwards. Start according to agreement.
