Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Support / Troubleshooting to join our dynamic team
What You Will Work On:
Actively participate in the introduction of a new cloud/web-based service marketing tool to replace existing products.
Work within an Infant Care team, serving as the initial point of contact for reported issues and facilitating prompt resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose reported problems, initiate troubleshooting procedures, and coordinate necessary resources for resolution.
Support the global rollout of the new tool by ensuring smooth integration with IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Provide systematic troubleshooting support to workshops and local IT teams, ensuring efficient problem resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Gain familiarity with the interaction between the application and vehicle electrical systems to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
What You Bring:
System developer background with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly LAN/WAN technologies.
Proficiency in cloud services and web-based technologies.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external markets.
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a keen ability to identify and address root causes of problems.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and hardware components.
Competence in IP networks and adept at interpreting data logs to diagnose issues accurately.
Strong focus on the big picture, capable of analyzing complex IT systems to understand underlying issues.
