IT Support with passion

We are a team of consultants working across many different sectors, using our extensive support experience to help our customers in many different ways. We are looking for a curious person that wants to do things different. Someone that can make others feel they matter, going past KPIs, measurements and systems to the person that needs help.
We work with Customer and User issues, support cases, process development, quality control and operation development. Right now, we are looking for people that can strengthen our teams with a background from IT, with SQL, Java and user support experience.

Basic qualifications:
You have worked with providing support within IT (B2B or B2C)
Skilled with Microsoft Windows platform and Office package
Experience working with Windows Server
Experience working in Active Directory
Experience working with SCCM
You have experience of SQL and Java
You speak English
You speak a Nordic language at a fluent level (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian)
