As a IT System Developer it is your responsibility that our IT System environment supports the needs at UniCarriers Group.

You are working on both operational and strategic level. On the operational level you are responsible for the analysis, design, development, roll-out and maintenance of the key factory applications. On the strategic level you take a proactive role on our system enviroment and how it can support the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing Multi+, EDI and Lotus Notes client and Domino applications and be part of the efforts to migrate to other platforms. You will be involved in the migrations of several applications of the IT department.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• You act as an expert in IT System development related questions concerning UniCarriers Group.
• You will be a part of the Scandinavian IT department and report to the IT Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining key factory applications such as Multi+, EDI and Lotus Notes.
• Develop support scripts and macros to improve the systems.
• Analyse, develop, deploy and maintain Multi+, EDI and Lotus Notes.
• Support the factory stakeholders with translating needs to external/internal system developers.
Experience and Education

• University degree or equivalent competence in IT system development and/or system design
• 3-5 years of experience from IT System development, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Experience from working in an international company
Skills and Competencies

• Experience of supporting multi-site organization, working in a geographically disperse team.
• Service orientated
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently but still as a member of a team.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
