IT Systems Administrator

King is looking for an IT Systems Administrator for our Stockholm office. You will work closely with the other System Administrators responsible for the office environment, doing installation and troubleshooting of desktop machines and servers, mainly in a Windows environment. You will be a key player in supporting desktop users in the office with software and hardware issues as well as phone and email support in English to our employees in other offices around the world.

Key tasks:
System administration of the company?s Windows servers and Active Directory
Administration of Exchange mail server and surrounding systems
Backup planning and implementation, restore procedures and disaster/recovery scenarios
Inventory of assets, software and hardware
Assist in various tasks related to purchases, capacity planning and office routines.
Maintain deployment framework for Windows client machines
Maintenance and implementation of Group policies
Install, troubleshoot and support desktop clients, mainly Microsoft Windows 7, but also MacOS X
Support of mobile telephone and devices (iPhones, Blackberry and Android)
Phone support for our offices located outside of Stockholm
Network configuration and monitoring

Knowledge of Exchange email systems and how they interact.
Networking protocols
Firewall administrations
Experience supporting a medium to large e-commerce enterprise
Knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Windows Operating systems ? Windows 7
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe CS.
Experience of hardware installation and troubleshooting of PC hardware, hard drives, motherboards, CPUs, PSUs, GPUs, soundcards, monitors etc.
Knowledge of Printers and Microsoft Printer Server.

Languages:
Swedish and English, verbal and written.

Special considerations will be given to people who have:
Experience of installation and troubleshooting of Mac/OSX hardware and software.
Experience of installation and troubleshooting of networks and servers based on Microsoft Windows.
Microsoft or Cisco certifications
VMware
ITIL
