Would you like to join Requirement and Analysis (R&A) team in Group Business Support Technology (GBST)? We are now looking for a Team Leader for Requirements & Analysis to be based in Nordics or Poland. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of people working with requirement and analysis focusing on the Group People, Know Your Customers (KYC) or Open Banking Hub (OBH) area.

Your experience and background:
* Experience in working with requirements and analysis
* Degree in computer science, engineering, financials or similar
* Great leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
* Strong communication skills, analytical ability and proactive approach
* Fluent English
