Is IT and service your thing? And do you have knowledge within network and Microsoft? Great! We are looking for a First Line Tech resource to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (at the Central station!)
Your role in our team. You are part of Lindex IT, a department with approximately 100 colleagues and you work in the team Service Management. As First Line Tech Support, you support colleagues in different countries, at Lindex stores, offices and warehouses. You contribute to a great employee experience when you find solutions, support and guide users.
We understand that you want to know more about the role! Here are some more examples of what’s included: on a daily basis you work with many different tasks, for example install hardware, access management and trouble shooting. The work offers a great variety and covers everything from computers and cash registers to different kind of application and network related challenges. At Lindex, we week constant improvement, and you are a natural part of making us even better – for example how to handle tickets in a more efficient way and how to digitalize and automize even more.
This is a temporary position during summer 2021.
Is this you? Do we catch your attention when we write IT support and service? Great! We are looking for you who are a people-person with a strong interest for IT tech. Here at Lindex we believe in doing things together and we see that you are a team player, who is comfortable when working in close collaboration with others, but also comfortable when working independently using your analytic skills to find the best solutions.
You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. Leading yourself being active in your own development and giving and taking feedback are all things you know well. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:
Completed high school education within IT, or IT post-secondary education, or two years previous working experience within IT Tech Support
Knowledge and understanding in network and Microsoft
Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious: work experience within Active Directory, MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Design programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Remote Desktop
