We are now looking for a service minded IT Tech Support who wants to be a part of a
fast-growing organization active in the exciting e-commerce market. In this role you will be mainly responsible for our Global Office 365 environment and support employees internally within the organization and deliver IT support for issues, problems, software and infrastructure in the applications used.

Role description:

- Global admin for our Microsoft O365 environment - User management and administration
- User support and user training O365 applications
- Monitoring alerts and handling of security incidents
- License handling


- PowerShell scripting
- Assist in building our Azure Active Directory, and thereafter AD administration and maintenance
- Basic network troubleshooting and assistance
- General user tech support
- Participate in development projects, such as application roll outs and IT security enhancements

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a service minded and curious team player with good communication skills, along with a positive and open mindset. Probably you have worked a few years as a support technician in an Microsoft 365 environment and want to further develop your skills in an exciting faced-paced company. Since you will be working in a broad position we see problem solving and eagerness to learn as great advantages preferably combined with skills in some of these areas:

- Microsoft Office 365 applications
- PowerShell Scripting
- Remote Desktop and/or TeamViewer
- Fluent in spoken and written English

If you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 we will be thrilled!
