Poolia is recruiting a proactive and service-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to Axiell’s headquarter in Lund. The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within three months. Please apply as soon as possible.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You are offered a developing position in an international environment. You will work with a professional and dedicated team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Work with employees, providing computer and software support and maintenance
• Provide support via telephone, email, and in-person regarding hardware and Microsoft Office products by answering employee questions and troubleshooting issues
• Assist line manager to determine hardware, software and other computer specifications to meet the employee’s technology needs, including desktops, laptops, printers and software
• Image computers and roll them out to employees
• Document all service requests and interactions through the online help desk ticket system
• Installing, terminating, and testing network cabling and wireless networks
QUALIFICATIONS
You probably have a YH or KY education. You could also have a Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or in Computer Engineering. You also hold the necessary certificates from Microsoft.
We believe you have at least 3 years of relevant experience from providing employee service in a technological environment (hardware and software).
Fluency in speaking and writing Swedish and English is a prerequisite for the position.
Previous experience of the ERP systems Jeeves and/or Dynamics 365 is valuable. If you have experience from Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.
Knowledge about GDPR would be a merit.
Preferred technical skills for the position:
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows Operating System, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps
• Hands-on experience supporting, installing, and testing Windows based software and hardware
