Your role as IT Technical Support

In the role as an IT technical support technician you will be part of an IT support team consisting of 4 people. Your focus will be on to support Nordic Capital with both small support cases and larger improvement projects.

The role includes:

Ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothlyHandle all requests with care and efficiencyPrimarily support IT in a 1st/2nd line roleProviding technical support across the company

Your qualifications

1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT SupportExperienced user of Microsoft 365Experience of work in an international environment and/or experience from financial services industry or other comparable is considered a benefitFluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing

Salary: Fixed, monthly
